Sorry, Anon, that it took so long to get back to you - I was away!

It's pronounced 'TA-bar-key', with an 'a' like in 'tab' I actually wrote to the Kipling society to ask them if it was a 'real' word or one he made up, and it's made up, but based on the word in Hindi that means 'brown', describing the color of the jackal. :D

Not a question, I just hope the anon from a few weeks ago who was trying to stay clean with the partner who was still using is doing okay and wish they’d check in.

Same! I've known people who have personally gone through addiction, cocaine being a prominent one, and I wish to offer any support you might need in order to conquer what influence those drugs might have on you!

I offer my full support, and knowledge that you are not alone and that addiction can and should be beat.
