Isn’t Elsa supposed to be twenty one or so? How is she supposed to sound like? I do agree with you on the live performances though.

Exactly. Idina did a fine job, imo. I can't believe that people are acting as if older voice actors are not commonplace in voicing younger individuals, especially since Elsa is well past old enough for her voice to have matured. People seem only to be picking at problems because 'disney' or due to some mass hatred towards Idina for not actual reason. (her voice is perfectly fine, any comment saying otherwise is borderline delusional)

Her voice is strained and damaged from years of strong wrong technique belting. She sound okay in recordings but live is another matter. Anyone who says other wise is a delusional stan who has no clue about singing. You don't have to ~hate~ a singer to recognise there are problems with their voice. In fact, I like her and I pity her because from what I've heard, it's due to her having asthma that made her employ a damaging tachnique for singing.

You're completely right. With that, Idina sounds fine in the movie, which is the media OP is talking about. Her live voice isn't what's in question here from what I've gathered, (of course if I'm wrong in this case, I apologize) just her voice acting and singing after it's gone through the same filters very other cast members singing voice has to go through.
My main concern is that OP and most of the comments responding to this secret are singling out Idina for sounding older than her character when every cast member is guilty of the exact same thing.

She does sound older though. And no, not every VA in that movie sounds older than their character. They often ARE older but they don't sound like it. Idina does.
