Overall I don't like that genre either. There's maybe a handful of films that are "romantic comedies" that I can enjoy but still as a whole many of the tropes associated with the genre piss me off. So I generally won't go out of my way to watch something that is advertised as romantic comedy unless it came with some high praise/recommendation.

It's fine to have preferences. Nothing from this secret suggests to me you're telling people they can't enjoy them, just that it isn't for you personally.
