There are a number of murderous dictators who'd be on it, but I'd have to be careful to space them out and mix up the causes of death so the other murderous dictators didn't get even more paranoid. There are also a number of self-confessed rapists and murderers walking free in the world whose names and faces are a matter of public record, who I think could do with a quick dispatching.

If I had a Death Note and some good computer skills, I'd create some sort of untraceable website where people could send me names (and pictures) of a person they want dead and the reason they want me to kill them.

Man, if word got around I bet the site would crash from the sheer number of requests involving a certain orange politician.
