NAYRT

I was born 2 years before Goonies was released. I have nostalgia for both Goonies and to a lesser extent this movie. I watched Goonies a lot as a kid on VHS, and I remember enjoying Gold Diggers, but it wasn't as popular.

While these movies came out 10 years apart, the popularity of VHS rentals and cable TV meant kids watched Goonies long after it was released. The adventure style of both films would appeal to the same kids.
