As a teacher, we see this type of thing all the time. The most discrete way to deal with it is for those of you who worked together should simply submit the project on time, however far it is, with only your names on it. That leaves it up to your instructor to reach out to the missing members and figure out what's going on with them and how to deal with it.
Alternately, if there are parts you relied on your colleagues for which are not there and which you cannot fill in on your own, you can include a personal note to the instructor explaining that you couldn't reach the rest of the planned team; go ahead and document that, too (e.g. by forwarding the emails you sent the AWOL members including the metadata).
On the mystical third hand, if you want to give your missing colleagues some wiggle room, send in the project as "we're still waiting for X's contribution but they seem to be having some communication/computer problems recently, so here's what the group has so far; they will submit their contributions separately" and CC the missing colleagues.

Thanks for the suggestions, anon! I’m tempted to go with the third option because I don’t know what’s going on with the other three people (maybe somebody’s sick or they’re stressed with some other problem) and I don’t wanna fuck up their grades. Hope our teacher’s understanding.

Win/win, you get your fair grade, they get a chance in case it's a real problem holding them up :) Good luck!
