(Anonymous) 2020-05-24 04:11 am (UTC)(link)TBH, as much as I'm deeply enjoying it, I found the numerous loooong chapters that describe Harry's "glimpse" experience a little bit difficult to get through. I knew it wasn't permanent, so I had a hard time really investing in it. (Hopefully I'm not spoiling anything here; I feel like everything I'm saying is 100% telegraphed by the story from a very early point). But the overall quality of the story is really high, so in the end I feel like it was totally worth it, even though I wasn't quite as edge-of-my-seat invested through a lot of it as I am with some other fics.
But I can totally see how it might not be everyone's cup of tea, and ADHD is bound to make the meticulous pacing particularly tricky.
