It's not that he does in the anime/manga/movies or anything like that. It's simply referring to the characters we play ourselves and how much like them we are. Also, we both enjoy the ship, even though we also know it isn't going to easily happen. Whenever we RP it, we always make sure to do so in an IC way, and that is what's challenging.

No, you're not. I facepalmed when I saw that secret, because what the fuck, they're ENEMIES. L ends up genuinely liking Light, maybe, but there's a constant cloud of suspicion that I imagine would make ~*TrUe LoVe*~ very difficult.

You are very much not alone. I don't think he does either. Although, I don't mind Light/L stuff; I can kind of see it to some extent, but never in a fluffy, lovey way. It's not the type of relationship anyone should aspire to be in.

No, and I despise these ships that are almost to the point of being accepted as canon but aren't. Like Axel/Roxas. I mean really, do these people think Disney would actually let a homosexual couple into their canon? I don't think Disney are that tolerant yet...

There's Light/L and there's Axel/Roxas. Actually, Disney didn't write the game, Square did. And everyone who I knew and played the game thought KH2 was full of gay subtext and 90% of them are non-BL fangirls and Square fanboys. I myself was shocked with the SUBTEXT SUBTEXT SUBTEXT in that game, made me distrustful of Squeenix since. But they aren't canon though, but the subtext is there, one-sided admittedly.

However, there's no fucking way Light/L would even touch each other in another way that didn't involve ass-kicking.

Oh I agree with this completely!

As evidenced by a comment I made because I was too lazy to look for other complainers, I think if you've found your "L," and you don't enjoy it in a "I want him to stop breathing" kind of way... well... that's fucked up too, but there is no love between these two that would match that picture. >_< If the two people mentioned are actually in that sort of relationship, I feel sorry for them.
