I don't think any one can give an unbiased account of any part of history. I mean, if you were to learn WW2 from an American History textbook for high school, you would think the country ran the whole shit.

And of course all Japanese are exactly the same, because they are all horrible unrepentant people who hate the non-Japanese. Also they are the borg. Hetalia is there for misinformation, brainwashing, and laughing evilly at the horrors of war!
