101. Just because someone enjoys graphic novels more doesn't mean they don't have the capacity to understand "actual books". Perhaps sometimes people just prefer an easier read.

125. Well, nothing will ever beat Dracula. But some vampire books are still pretty enjoyable. If you never give any a chance, how can you ever find them? (Twilight is definitely not one of them).

137. For me, it has nothing to do with being Jewish, I just can't read fic about people who slaughtered other human beings like that (not just Jews, but Slavs, Roma, Gays, Jevohah's Witnesses, Polish literati, ethnic Poles, the disabled, and anyone else who disagreed with them).

I have nothing against people who write them/enjoy reading them. They're just not my thing.

101. Don't assume graphic novels are easier reads. That's not always the case. It really depends on what you're reading, and what you're comparing it to.

101. Oh, don't worry, I usually don't. I don't read many comics, but I've read several graphic novels that I think deserve just as much merit as print books.

I'm actually pretty fond of Alan Moore and just finished "Lost Girls", which was more interesting than most the novels I read this year.
