i... kinda feel the same way. i wouldn't completely hate him as the doctor, i just... i dunno, think he ought to stay white, like he's always been.
but it's pretty hard to say that out loud, or else you instantly become racist. :C

of course not, lol. it's not a betrayal of the character, i never said it was. it's just something i always thought would be the same about him. i won't dislike the 11th doctor if he happens to be black.

of course he can! like i said, i wouldn't really mind. i just worry that they might be pulling some publicity stunt. as long as he makes a good doctor, excellent. my only qualm is that i'm used to thinking of him as white, just as the character. one thing that stayed the same through regenerations. i'll get over it, i promise. :p
also, i don't think he's been ginger. or bald, unless you count 9's fuzz, lol.

this is true. just curious, have there been 'black' time lords before? [doesn't matter one way or the other, i just haven't seen any, and so i was under the impression that, as a race, they were white-skinned]
