I don't recall ever stating that they thought they were the characters. Good to see you jumping to conclusions after admitting you didn't read all the comments!

Also, if you paid attention to everyone commenting on the secret, everyone misinterpreted it, because the OP admittedly didn't explain themselves properly to begin with.

You don't write "I found the X to my Y," when you really meant, "I found the perfect person to RP X and Y with, and I think I like them in more than a platonic way," and expect people to understand what you meant to say. This isn't

roleplaysecrets, after all.

If you have explain your secret to everyone, well, you're doing it wrong. *shrugs*

Didn't even say that they should post an another comm. o_O Just stated they should actually state their secret, not be so general in the secret, that they then feel the need to clarify with everyone who misunderstood it. Which was everyone, actually. lol

Well, you were continuously saying she was doing it wrong, and you DID bring up the other com, thereby giving the impression that you thought her post belonged elsewhere.

Since this isn't

roleplaysecrets, it helps if you actually mention that this is stemming from roleplay. If not, then it's not surprising that everyone assumes the OP is just referring to the relationship the two characters have in canon.

Did I ask for a repost? No, because I know what you wrote. And it still makes sense that if YOU thought that THEY had a post that would be better suited to another place, you could have SAID SO GENTLY without coming across as somebody who was looking to pick a fight.

What I mean is, the way you approached the topic was unnecessarily harsh.

Actually, I reposted because you apparently didn't know what I wrote. And you're still not understanding me, so I'll just continue to sit here and laugh at you. Because you keep telling me I'm a blue meanie, but I don't recall ever resorting to name calling or anything else so childish.

So yeah. You keep telling me how gentle I should be. Because you clearly have the right to talk.
