I'll tag warnings for things like "manipulative relationships", "power imbalances", "unhealthy behavior", and other similar things but don't consider those spoilers since they don't say who is doing what or how it happens. Just that the topics/themes/content in the fic have it so people who don't feel comfortable shouldn't read it.

I don't consider trigger/content warnings spoilers, especially if it's a longer story and not just a one-shot. But if you really need to avoid it then go with "choose not to warn" and the appropriate "here there be dragons" tags that let people know they should probably avoid it if they're looking for fluff.
