The second sentence is sung by the character in the hat. I think it goes "I'm Tico, the mascot", though it absolutely sounds like "I'm a big ol' dumbass cat". I grew up with the Finnish dub, where the line is "and Tico, [his] friend".

I'm also lowkey wondering about the bigger one's name. I know him as Passepartout, and as I understand that's the character's name in the original book. Where did "Rigodon" come from?

no idea. in EU Spanish the name is picaporte

He's saying "I'm Tico - D'Mascota" so it's technically still in Spanish.
