(Anonymous) 2020-05-31 02:01 am (UTC)(link)Bottom line, the thing is if a biologically male person decides to abide by their damned rules or at least pretend their way through them in public, they still get a pass as a "bro". While for us cis women - unless we change our gender or at the very least our gender presentation - we will NEVER. And if we do and are found out... depending on where in the world we are, we may get sexually assaulted for trying. We are doomed to suffer for it.
So, yes. Neither point is invalid. Yes, everyone deserves to be happy and safe from any violence; Yes, some people's problems and threats are bigger than yours.
