(this is not helpful but) i don't drink at all. Tried but hated the taste, got used to being the boring sober one. Now that we're middle aged several of my friends have quit and they marvel the improved sleep, clearer skin and better feelings in general... i'm like yeah that it pretty nice, glad you joined me, let's go get some mocktails
