From a purely toxicological standpoint, you're probably fine. But what does your family history look like? If you find yourself checking 'yes' to most of the boxes on medical history questionnaires, particularly the cancer and mental health ones, you might want to cut back a little. At the end of the day, it's all genes and luck.
