nothing is wrong in my personal day-to-day existence but the world is massively on fire in general so, not totally sure how to answer

Yup. It is confusing. And it is mostly a good on fire in terms of the protests being good, but then you have the military response from the police and the white supremacist groups sneaking in and inciting things and the whole thing is so chaotic right now. Yet I wish I could be out there protesting too. But I can't because of my family's health issues. So I'm left watching from the sidelines and wondering when things are ever going to change.
