what boggles the absolute fuck outta my mind is that there are people out there who can hear him say all the shit he does - who have been hearing it for years - and are still totally on his side? like that feel so stupid to say but it's honestly gotten to the point where i am just like. so incredulous over it.

It's because he's going after the people they want to destroy. That's really all it really boils down to. It doesn't matter what he says or does, just as long as he's going after poor people and immigrants and whoever else his fansluts want to see suffer.

yea, i hate that you're right. i guess that's part of what's got me incredulous. that the hatred can run so deep - especially in people who, interacting w just in daily life, you'd think were more compassionate or even just smarter than that. so much so that he can say the stupidest shit and they're still just like "yea well i may not like the way he says it but he's got a point!" smh
