Mojang!! I worked there, on Minecraft: Dungeons. Management kinda sucked, but there was no overtime, rather the opposite, high salaries, Gaming Friday - Friday's after lunch we could play games instead of working - free snacks, free soda in fridges all around the office, great benefits/bonuses, company vacations, company outings, you name it. What a blast.

Even better is Neat Corp, which their six hour work days, but they're a pretty small studio :)

A studio infamous for its crunch culture where most of the staff changes between projects? A friend told me that once CD Projekt Red publically claimed that they don't crunch, some devs actually started refusing to crunch, which got the Cyberpunk schedule in trouble and it was hilarious. And low salaries even for Poland. Interesting games, for sure, but it would be the absolute last place I'd work in in Europe.

Supergiant Games is a fantastic company you can watch a documentary on youtube produced by noclip to get a glimpse into how they work and treat their employees

???

I've never seen anyone in the Metal Gear or Konami general fandom hate Kojima. I'm not well into it so I might be missing something, but as far as I know he's worshiped as the god he jokes himself to be...
