Uh, if you think starving yourself is a good strategy to lose weight than I don't know what to tell you. You can kill yourself/do long lasting damage to your body with that type of thing.

The fact that she would do this willingly to herself (as opposed to people with anorexia nervosa, severe depression, certain digestive diseases, or just lacking food), rather than exercise (which is good for mind and body), is depressing. Hopefully she doesn't damage anything or die, but if she does, that's the trade off, I guess.
