What really bothers me is how...okay she is with the whole thing. I mean, after all that, after they're finally all back together again, she's just like, "oh, that's okay, they're together now an' stuff in some alternate world where I'll never see them again."

...What. I can't imagine not being indignant or hurt or flat-out angry about that. Sure, Ed n' Al's bond as brothers is important, but her reaction is so void of actual human behavior that it's a little disturbing.

Winry's character takes a hit in general in the movie, where's the girl who would throw wrenches at them for not coming by sooner? Then again you could argue that it's because she not only used to Ed (and Al) leaving her and not looking back, but she knows this time that it's going to be forever, and she doesn't want their last impression of her to be angry or upset. As she said, in the end she says that Ed isn't going to let her wait for him anymore. Where she got that from, who knows, but you get the impression that she just accepts it.
