It's an in-joke by now that Peter Serafinowicz's voice is the sexiest thing in the known universe. There was a whole episode of Green Wing based around it.

He does have an amazing voice. In addition to the Black Books episode, I'm partial to his reading of A Squash and a Squeeze on Cbeebies bedtime stories (give me him over Tom Hardy any day!). Then again, I do also like David Tennant's telling of Emily Brown and the Elephant Emergency, and David Harewoood's Zippety Zebra and the Windy Day.
