Not this show (which apparently I should check out), but I'm 58 and this happened to me via another show a couple of months ago. Don't face palm yourself. Celebrate it. And if you don't have people in your life you can share it with, I hope you find some. (I'm struggling with that myself. I've shared bits of how I'm feeling but always with fear.)
