I'm the OP of the comment secret this was made from, and I missed Kizuna in theaters for the same reason. This secret was inspired by me looking up a summary of what happened (since it did have a run in Japan) and it was just... disappointment. Without getting too into spoiler territory, it involves a thing happening to Taichi because of his age, which totally disregards the canon fact that Jou has always been the oldest one of the kids. But heaven forbid we make a movie about Jou when we could focus yet more on Taichi and Yamato.
