I think you should publish them. Just make it clear you probably won't finish them upfront. Some of my better fic reading experiences have been WIPs that will never be finished. (Or at least haven't been in the past 12 years)

Hell, make a new AO3 account for all your unlikely-to-finish stories if you're embarrassed about it.
