As long as I’m here, I’ll also drop a rec for Guardians of the Flame. There’s a rich, opulent city that produces a tremendous amount of waste. They can’t dispose of it all, so there’s a baby dragon chained up in the sewage pit, forced to use its fire breath to burn the waste so it doesn’t drown. The hero breaks the chains, letting the dragon fly off and the city flood with sewage.
