I don't care about other fans' race headcanons. Black book Hermione Granger, asian MCU Stephen Strange, whatever floats your boat. What I hate is the woke sjw police. It's OK to not racebend characters, it doesn't mean that the fan is racist. Not everything is about being woke. It's part of the reason I migrated to Cdrama and Kdrama fandoms. Everyone is asian there, it's peaceful.

The more popular some Cdramas get, the more fanart you get of characters being "blackwashed"/"POC"d though. Because characters just being East Asian isn't woke enough for some.

"Everyone is asian there, it's peaceful." just described my lifelong relationship with anime fandom. I'm okay with "race headcanons" or art or anything (and obviously like it if it's well-done) but when people are fake-woke over it... it's so bad.
