108- I know how you feel. I have a boy cat that I love to death and he loves me to death; he'll willingly follow me all over the house and sleeps at my feet every night. Honestly, I don't know what I'm going to do with out him since I love him so much. Give your cat some love!

124- Ugh, I know. I'm a Huddy shipper and have been for a long time and so this season excited me for that more than anything. The main reason I still watch, my boyfriend joined in near season four and so he's not tired of it yet.

147- Hun, don't give up. I'm scared people wont want to read what I write because I'm a witch (and I really don't look forward to accusations of 'OMG, she put a spell on it so we'll all read it!') but we just gotta do what we wanna do. Trust me, if you write well, people will overlook your religion and whatever other personality flaws you may have. Hell they should do that anyway, lol

Well I don't put it past some people. Not everyone, mind you, lol. Just if it ever gets popular enough I suspect my religion, or lack of it, will come in to question and some uber-Bible thumpers will want my head/claim that. Ah well, what can you do?

I'm a witch too, but frankly my religion or spiritual views isn't really anyone's business (unless, like I'm doing now, I'm admitting it openly). I think that, unless there's something about one's writing that indicates it, it wouldn't normally come up in conversation with an author, anyway. It only did with SMeyer because of what she said in that interview... -_-;

So forget "overlooking" it, most people won't even THINK about an author's religion unless the writing prompts them to wonder. And good writing usually WON'T, because a piece of fiction isn't supposed to be about the author's views/beliefs/opinions, but about the fictional world! SMeyer never grasped that.

In my fics, about the only time religion came up was as a brief aside from a reviewer-- she told me that a male character staying at a female character's house "better have slept on the couch!" because them sleeping together prior to marriage was A SIN! I just smiled and nodded, remembering that the characters in questions are young adults and non-religious themselves, and are more subject to hormones than they are to Acts of God willed by reviewers outside the fic's universe. I figured it was safer NOT to acknowledge the reviewer and her beliefs (about her world and my fic's world), because hell-- I'm the author, and what I write goes. I didn't think that by having Guy A stay at Girl B's house meant I was "preaching" for or against any particular religion/spiritual viewpoint.
