110. I don't think this is the solution at all. Maybe you just need a more honest beta. Do you have a beta? Try to find one that will tell you EXACTLY how it is, because that's the only way you'll improve. If you make a new username and post the same kind of stuff, people are just going to skip over that account's fic, too. If not getting feedback bothers you, you need to look at the real cause, and what you can do to change it.

148 - You know what's twisted? I like Muse too. I had songs of theirs before Twilight was even published, but it was SMeyer's note in the back of one of her books that got me actually LISTENING to it, at first to see if the music really fit the themes of the books, and then because it was just supremely awesome music. It made reading through the tripe that is Twilight better (because I'm one of the people that think music can make or break a scene in a movie, and due to the overabundance of purple prose in Twilight, I was visualizing everythng in a movie-ewsque fashion). And then the actual movie comes out, and I'm like "NO, YOU PICKED THE WRONG MUSE SONG!"

I personally think "Butterflies and Hurricanes" fits Twilight quite well, but I prefer it now as an all around ass-kicking song (aside to anyone that's got iTunes: listen to it with the iTunes Visualizer on-- it's SO pretty!)

LOL. Actually, there was a secret about how Smeyer 'ruined' Muse for them, and I had had no clue about any of it as I stopped reading Twilight after the first hundred pages or so. And right after I saw the secret I went, "OH YEAH, MUSE, I FORGOT ABOUT THEM!" And went and downloaded some albums of theirs. :P

I admit, I was a little disappointed it was in the movie, but when I listen to them, I honestly never think of Twilight, and I doubt I ever will. EVEN THOUGH SUPERMASSIVE BLACK HOLE IS PRETTY MUCH MY FAVORITE MUSE SONG. D:

You know what, I haven't actually heard that song. I'm going to go listen to it on youtube or something. Thank you, kind stranger. ;)
