because a lack of realism is predicated on an understanding of realism, the "lack" is still with purpose, and we can critique and examine that purpose. if your fantasy is that girls look sexy first, that doesn't mean I can't wonder why you decided to share that fantasy as art or culture and I can find that it's in fact based on the very unfantastic cultural understanding that the ideal woman is an object to view.
