I do, and so does pretty much every other reader I know, all of whom are also writers.

DA. That's nice anecdata, but the exact opposite is true for pretty much every reader and reader-writer I know.

Seconding what the anon above me said. If a writer has a decent grasp of SPAG, I don't really care whether their work is beta read. I honestly don't even find myself ever thinking about it, tbh.
