Wait, if there's a fence that doesn't belong to them, how the hell did they assume they could cut everything down? I would absolutely be going to their landlord.

They cut down anything that grows over the top of the fence because it encroaches on their property. Which sucks, but is technically their right. ... Then they throw everything they cut into my yard and crush the base of the plants so they die. Previous renters would just pick and eat the fruit and flowers that reached their side. Which was fine, that’s part of why I planted them! I think they may also have started putting down weed killer along the fence line on their side which is killing a lot of plants from their roots on up on my side.
