Yeah, exactly.

If a person labels all their fanfics with "PLZ B NICE IN COMMENTS B/C I HAVE ASPERGER'S SYNDROME" then I'm more than a bit skeptical, both of their mental condition as well as the quality of the fanfic. :x

Oh yeah, there's someone in Queer as Folk fandom who used to be on my friends list who puts that as a warning on her fics, because she's supposedly a bipolar aspie with ADD or some shit, so everyone has to tell her that her terrible writing is good or she'll be depressed and cut herself.

I stopped talking to this person after she got really, really nuts. :x
