This. I was dating a 20yo when I was 16 and it was a perfectly healthy relationship that lasted for over five years. We ultimately broke up because our larger life goals were incompatible, but we're still friends to this day nearly 20 years later. It had nothing to do with the age gap at all or with him being creepy or abusive. We just weren't compatible in the long term.

(Incidentally, he's married now and his wife is sweet and wonderful and the two of them are a perfect match for each other, so I'm nothing but happy for him.)

20 is just one year past teens. That's a lot different than 25 or 30.
