He's definitely full-horse-sized in the manga! The first full chapter of the Dream Arc has a sequence where he gives Chibiusa a ride, and he's the same size in the 2-page manga spread that the brief flash in this trailer is based on. (Sometimes he appears in a tiny form as a projection/vision, but that's, like, pocket-size. Pony-size is definitely new and weird.)
