They're never going to change and they require me to raise my voice for them to understand that something is serious because speaking to them politely doesn't even register. They've even said they didn't know I was upset about it because I didn't yell or cry. I've suggested they look into therapy because that's not normal, but they don't believe in therapy or think cockroaches have anything to do with food they leave out.

In a lot of ways I was happier when I used to sleep in my car. :/
