I wanna write something involving Sailor Pluto and the Doctor, but I’m coming up empty on ideas.

Can it be a crack fic where Pluto sends a message to the Doctor to ask for help in making scientist agree that the planet Pluto is in fact a planet and not some giant space rock? Hell it can even be a conspiracy with the Master and Queen Beryl are working together to get Earth to stop paying attention to Pluto because they want to use it for some nefarious scheme?
