Even if it'd actually been made in the 90's it'd still be not only horribly styled, but also atrociously designed.
I'm guessing this is just yet another 'quirky' indie game made by the lowest of the low inductee of the coding convention, who thought they could make a quick buck after downloading the latest update of adobe flash. Their roommate, who shakily traced each sketch after reading their first "how to draw anime" book they ordered from their local scholastic take home sheet from grade school, and their combined effort to make such a /unique/ plot about murder and robots, and queer folk who have to talk about how queer they are all the time otherwise how could they be queer???...
Available on Steam for $69.99 (though like I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that was the actual price)
