My first thought looking at the image and then the text was along the lines of "wow, this looks weird/creepy and you're weird/creepy" and my second thought looking at the image was "well, that looks kinda hot though". Haha, totally understand your reaction. I'm not heartbroken over this because its not really some manga I totally loved until it turned bad or something. At first I was kinda thrilled to see a potentially explicit anime adaption of m/m content that wasn't shota/femboy considering there isn't a whole lot of that. But after seeing all the m-preg allusions I kept thinking that this would be such a weirdly niche choice for an adaption. I think the manga isn't even that massively popular from what I've seen...

It's weird how they often seem to adapt either really weird stuff (fudanshi boys? Mermaid dudes? IDK) or just your everyday yaoi hands dude/shota femboy over anything else. As someone who totally agrees (my favorite BL is probably, what, Ai no Kusabi?) I can see where you come from.

... But it IS pretty sad that when you put "it's not really some manga I totally loved until it turned bad or something..." I was instantly reminded of a BL or maybe 2 and went ahh yes I know the feeling.
