I'm sorry. That's so frustrating - learning any new thing is hard and mistakes are inevitable, and it's especially bad if the training process doesn't provide support for those mistakes.

I would send another email and then have a quick bit at the end, maybe less "sorry" and more "thanks for bearing with me as I get up to speed on this" or something along those lines.

My trainer told me to send an email with a corrected origin so they know if it is wrong. I am just glad I will never, ever have to see these people in real life.

I agree with anon - not so much sorry as in 'abjectly hating myself' but 'sorry for so many emails, i've got this figured out now! you guys have been great' kind of email.

Everybody was on the job for the first time and made mistakes, so it's not too big a deal.
