159. Not just the epilogue, I'm pretty much against the entire world tour thing. Weren't the Digidestined "Chosen Children of Legend" or some such? Having every single person in the world with a partner just takes all the fun out of it, and that's pretty much what it seemed like...

I really hated the fact that the Chosen Children suddenly weren't the Chosen ones anymore. Like, I didn't mind that there were a few others hidden around (Wallace, Ryo) but to suddenly have an army of them? WTF were the purpose of the Chosen few, then?

EXACTLY. I'm glad I'm not alone. xD

Aww, I really liked the idea of there being a massive group of Chosen Children, but that's just me. In hindsight, it kinda reminds me of Buffy Season 8...

And I never liked that epilogue, but only because every single one of my ships got sunk >:(

I hated that epilogue. I thought it was kinda strange Miyako/Yolei ended up with her fangirl crush... nevermind the fact that I think Ken and Daisuke belong together.

I'm just a bitter Mimi/Jyou shipper (and Taichi/Sora, but I'm not gonna go there), and yeah, I thought Ken and Daisuke were really cute together and I just could not see Ken ending up with Miyako at all :/

I was bitter about ships not getting together, but at least Mimi and Jyou weren't paired off with characters it made no sense at all for them to end up with. NOT LIKE KEN. /will never let go

Well, since the only two DEFINITE pairings were Sorato and Kenyako, only two of my ships were sunk (Taiora and Daiyako). << But I still have hopes for my Takari and Jyoumi...it never specified who they married.

Um, the world tour only had selected kids who were Digidestined... It was Hikari's wish that gave EVERYONE IN THE WORLD Digimon. I was just all wtf when they said that in the epilogue.

Hikari's wish? I think I missed that part...but still. Yes, the epilogue made it worse, but there were so many even before it. >< Most of which were pretty much useless. At least getting an eighth child or the three new kids were major plot points. Instead of just..."Oh! Hey! There are dozens of others all over the world, go help them!"

But I totally agree with your main point. We really could have done without that epilogue. >>
