108. Dude, I didn't know that the dude who played Iceman had a twin. Mind = Blown.

122. For some reason, I found it both hot and funny. God, I gonna cry when he leaves the show.

127. Dude, the point of Akito's character that she wasn't strong. If she was a strong character, she wouldn't had let her mother control her like that for years until Tohru came around, and their relationship is one of the most truly fucked up ones in the series (LOL I will sleep with your mother to piss you off). Tohru is a better example of a strong woman/girl in that series.

147. D: There's people who hate Kureha? She is one of the best developed female characters in manga I've come across. It took a lot of strength for her to not let what happened to her control her life anymore and she became so much more awesome after that.

Some of us aren't ignoring it and just don't think it was at all sufficient. Although one can't deny that it was an improvement.

*sigh* And if she had more development and became some uber-kickass Tsunade clone only without the gambling addiction and derided her rivalry with Ino as silly and forgot about Sasuke... People would call her a Mary Sue.

Heaven forbid that anyone create a female character that's actually BELIEVABLE. I can think of girls I knew in middle school and high school who are a lot like Sakura. It's actually nice to see a strong female character that isn't just tough to compete with the boys, but has other motivations behind their development, like most actual women have.

Well, then I'd be on your side defending the hell out of her. But frankly, not a lot changed in post-timeskip. Even her own fight was hardly her own fight--the only thing she did on her own was punch the Sandaime Kazekage doll in the face. Awesome though that may be, all the rest of the fight was the old lady. And this is Sakura's only plot-relevant fight. Whoo, good work Kishimoto.

I'd honestly prefer it if he stopped pretending to actually want to write her as an action girl and just made her a full-out healer. That's a very valid role, especially in a story where people get cut/beaten the fuck up on a regular basis. And at least it would be a ROLE.

No, the point of Akito being strong is that in the end she was able to change. To be able to do so having gone through so much shit is admirable. In my opinion.
