Well, I believe that every tiny thing counts, so hating one character reflects how you think to a certain point.

Does hating a male character make me a misandrist? Hating a female character--even a strong female character--does not mean you're misogynistic, because there are reasons for disliking/hating characters that have nothing to do with their gender. If someone hates every female character, then yeah, that's a little iffy. But there's no character, male or female, that everybody is going to love.

Have you even read the manga? They hate her because she's in the way of their yaoi couple. That's not a reasonable reason. They hate the only real female character in the manga, they would rather have the manga wihout her, without the female who is in the way.

No, I haven't. That reason for hating her, yes, I agree. But you didn't say that in your secret--you instead attacked anyone who dislikes her. I'm sure there are other reasons for disliking her (hell, characters sometime just rub you the wrong way).

I'm a little touchy about allegations of misogyny because so many people don't take them seriously--if you're calling everyone who dislikes a character a possible misogynist, it's just going to make people defensive while feeding into the "overreacting feminazi" stereotype. And while your meaning may be obvious to people in the fandom, a little clarification would make your reasonable point a lot clearer.

Well, if you know the manga is really obvious why people could hate her ^^U .
I must say that there aren't many other things to hate her for or may be I like her so much that I don't see them, but I don't think so...
