It's a combination of "Hamilton whitewashes the Founding Fathers' slavery so LMM is a slavery apologist" with "His politics on Puerto Rico are bad."

The first one has a certain amount of merit - "Hamilton" does gloss over Washington's and the other founding fathers' slave holding, and it is probably a bit too keen to accept the reading that Hamilton was a convinced abolitionist, while the only one of the FFs who was DEFINITELY completely against slavery gets treated as a punchline (for unrelated reasons, but still, he's treated as an irrelevant joke). I don't know enough about PR's politics to touch the other one, but I have a suspicion that most of LMM's critics don't either.
