Are there any actors and actresses that leave your panties dry, even though everyone keeps raving about how beautiful they are?

The classic example for me is Clooney. I don't even find him hot in his younger days. Also David Tennant. and Hugh Jackman.

I find Hugh very likeable but mostly agree. I do dig Wolverine, but that might be more about the hair. Outside of that he’s just a super nice theater nerd.

Clooney? After watching some of ER, I could see it if I squinted, but he doesn't do much for me.

David Tennant definitely doesn't.

Hugh Jackman as Hugh Jackman doesn't.

he's what i consider to be a-typical 'hollywood attractive' so like he is a handsome man, but in such a generic way that he doesn't even ping my radar for hotness.

Wang Yibo, in secret 5, looks so mediocre to me.

Sebastian Stan has this weird effect where in almost every picture he looks generically handsome and completely unremarkable but every now and again in a gif he's the hottest motherfucker to ever walk the Earth.

Henry Cavill does nothing for me. He's just such a mountain of flesh. Like, I hella respect the work he puts into his body, that's some serious dedication, and it works well in fantasy settings, but as soon as he's out of costume and wears just regular clothes he looks so disproportionate and weird.

Pretty much all the guys you might describe as “rugged.” I’m into pretty boys. Macho dudes do nothing for me. The clearest example of this is probably Joe Manganiello, who is INSANELY good looking, but who still does nothing for me personally. Like, congratulations on your everything, dude, I mean it. But meh.

Other examples include:

Jason Momoa
Young Sean Bean
Idris Elba
Matthew Mcconaughey
Tom Hardy
Channing Tatum
Gerard Butler

That said, charisma and the character they're playing can go a long way. Daniel Craig is very rugged, and also not particularly good looking IMO, but I still find him hot as Bond (and as Mikael Blomkvist).

I don't know about "everyone" but a lot of people think John Malkovich and Jeff Goldblum are attractive and I really really don't. They're good actors but they don't do it for me as far as being sexy.
Also any actress who looks like she's about twelve. The idea that these women are considered sexy creeps me out.

Jennifer Lawrence, who has zero sexual charisma even though she's been casted in multiple sexualized roles. Hollywood tried to make her into this glamorous vixen type even if it might have gone against her nature and later ended up just stunting her both in terms of career and personality. She's filthy rich now with an impressive filmography but she doesn't seem like she's having fun. Her eyes don't glitter anymore and her smile feels forced. It's bothersome in an almost Stepford kind of way.

I've never seen what everyone sees in ScarJo. Which is an extreme bummer, because I look quite a bit like her. Enough like her that a couple dozen people have told me I look like her. I try to take it as a compliment, since most people say she's beautiful. But part of me is always like, :-/

Andrew Scott. I quite like his accent, and I've liked him in a few things, but he's just not attractive to me. (also, it feels like articles that talk about how attractive he is use the most wildly unappealing photos they can)

Bruce Willis. I mean, 1980's Bruce Willis. I genuinely cannot imagine how anyone finds him attractive. Also, did you know his first name is actually Walter? Walter Willis.

I have a bit of a thing for redheads (Scott Grimes in Critters was probably the earliest I really remember and Eric Stoltz in Some Kind of Wonderful totally cemented it), so I was surprised to find that Domhnall Gleeson does absolutely nothing for me.

Most of them, honestly. I can think of like...three "conventionally attractive" dudes that I've also found attractive (Jensen Ackles, Matt Bomer and Shemar Moore) but the rest...meh.

Stacey Keibler, Blake Lively, Angelina Jolie (...now. Twenty-two years ago it was a different story.), Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Henry Cavill.

Basically any actor who gets hella ripped for their role. I don't mind an athletic build with muscle tone but after a certain point they just look weird and bulgy to me. Guys who fall into this category would be Chris Hemsworth (who is, IMO much cuter in the Ghostbusters reboot), Hugh Jackman, Channing Tatum (who has a face like a potato), Henry Cavill, The Rock (I love him, but I don't find him attractive), Jason Momoa, Daniel Craig in his Bond debut, etc.

Almost all of them. They're all too impossibly beautiful. Like glass cliff faces. I need more grit.
