I think it would be fair of her to rant about people asking her about the show if her Instagram profile states that she doesn't want people asking her about it. It's fans' responsibility to know as much as she's willing to offer abut what she'll talk about.

If the only place she mentions not wanting to talk about it is the Instagram posts themselves, yeah, screw that. Not everyone has the time to go through every post on someone's social media account to find out what they aren't willing to talk about. I used to follow a BNF who ran a Tumblr dedicated to a certain franchise, but she hated and refused to talk about a particular installment of it and would post Asks about that installment just to yell at the sender or mock them with insipid macros that had nothing to do with anything. I sent her an ask telling her she should put it somewhere in her FAQ or bio that she didn't want asks about that installment (because she didn't), but she never answered me at all. I think some people just enjoy yelling at strangers rather than putting in any effort themselves to prevent strangers from asking them questions they don't like.
