The lips aren't something any black person I know has. It explicitly draws on blackface and racist imagery.

Ohhhh, dear. On the slim chance this isn't a troll, please examine your own prejudices about what black people look like. Maybe even examine the concept that "looking like a black person" is, perhaps, so broad a generalization that it's not very useful.
