OP - I like the show a lot, but I'm only into ships that genuinely love each other and want good things for each other and want to keep each other safe. Like, they can hurt each other accidentally, but never on purpose. So Will/Hannibal is off the table for me. But thanks anyway, they do have a very compelling relationship. Just way, way, wayyyy too dark for me.

A little bit. I've read a few fics, and I think they're a great pairing. For some reason I find them almost too wholesome to entirely grab me. But I do like them.

SA - In all fairness, I'm just quite picky about what I ship. There are a lot of good ships out there, but only the odd one really jumps out and grabs me.
