Seriously, there is NOTHING about that secret which is particularly disgusting. Someone wanking to an attractive person - what on earth do you find so problematic here? Sure, it's a secret, because it's personal. So is toenail clipping - you don't usually announce that either, but there's nothing that disgusting or shameful about toenail clipping just because it's private. It's just not something most people need to know. Again, secret.
